As a writer, deputy editor and editor of the Procurement Leaders magazine, he has interviewed some of the leading thinkers within the function and written extensively on risk management, sustainability and supplier management as well as a number of the trends that are shaping the function IN the 21st century. Now customer insights manager, his role is to bring the procurement community to life by showcasing the projects and initiatives that are driving the function forward.
