This series of reports explores how companies can get the most innovation from their suppliers. We look at which levers provide most impact and how they can be implemented into procurement.
Part three focuses on:
- Procurement is often best-placed, and best equipped to generate new both new products and processes) from its suppliers. The tools that it has at its disposal – supplier relationship management, contracting, crowdsourcing, etc. – can be strategically used and re-purposed to emphases the new need for innovation.
